 We would like to invite you to our

Day of Health & Wellbeing

In aid of CANCERactive - the UKs leading holistic cancer information charity.

We have talks, stalls, treatments, therapies, readings and much more!

The day will start with

Chi Gung at 10-10.30am

in our training room or even outside if the sun is shining!

This is simple Chinese exercises suitable for all to improve the flow of energy (chi) through the body with Garry Andrews

 Treatments and Therapies are available during the day as well as informative talks.  

 

 The day will conclude with

Drumming  4.30-5.00pm

Fantastic fun and no experience necessary – just come and enjoy!

 

There will also be refreshments, a raffle, stalls – books, crystals, , candles, , and much more!

Make your own beautiful suncatcher with Janis of Dotty Beads

The day will conclude with

Suitable for all, its great fun and amazing to experience the power of drumming as a group. Don’t worry if you have never done it before as it will be simple and easy to

follow just come and enjoy! 

(if you have your own drum we would be grateful if you bring it,

if not we will have spares and percussion.)
