Nutritional Consultations
Nutritrain Southwest offer one to one nutritional consultations with director and nutritional therapist Claire Whiles. Consultations are held at the centre in Weymouth Dorset.
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a means of achieving optimum health by the use of diet and lifestyle changes, often supported by nutritional supplements based on individual needs.
The first consultation will include taking a detailed history of health problems, with relevant family history, plus diet and lifestyle factors.
You may be asked to fill in a food diary prior to consultation to assess any underlying dietary problems.
A test to seek food and airborne intolerances will then be carried out , if appropriate, followed by a vitamin and mineral analysis to detect deficiencies.
Further tests by saliva, urine, stool or hair sample may also be required.
Dietary and lifestyle changes will then be recommended with the support of nutritional supplements where required.
Follow-up consultations may be advised to assess progress and make adjustments.

Full consultation from £40 (1 hour 30 mins)
Follow Up Consultation from £15 (45 mins)
