We offer a broad range of healthy eating, living and holistic lifestyle workshops that are fun, informal, interactive and a great way to spend some time with like minded people and discover many ways to improve your health and wellbeing and that of others.

Chi Kung 11am-12pm £6 per session
Meditation morning with Sarah Bradshaw 10.00 – 11.30 £6 per session
